27 June 2007 — Two Princeton residents face serious charges after their arrest and citation last week.

Cooper Gurley, 46, of Boardwalk Rd., Princeton, faces DWI charges after being stopped at 11:41 p.m. on June 18 at the corner of New Ballpark and Massey-Holt roads. According to the report, tests indicated blood alcohol contests of .12, .15 and .15 in repeated tests.

Joshua Powell, 26, of Arrowhead Dr., Princeton, faces charges of driving while license suspended after his arrest on US 70 East at 1:21 a.m. on June 18. Bond was set at $500.

On June 5, Robert Simmons Jr., 26, of West 2nd St., Princeton, was charged with driving while license revoked during a stop on W. 2nd at S. James St. at 5:25 p.m.

In other reports, Veronica Johnson, 27, of Middlesex was stopped at 2:41 a.m. on S. Pine and W. First on June 23, charged with no driver’s license.

On June 23 at 10:25 p.m., Alton Radford, 43, of Grabtown Rd., Smithfield, was stopped on N. Pearl St. at Iris Dr. and charged with driving while license revoked.

Nathaniel McFarland, 26, of Selma, was stopped on June 20 at 11:16 a.m. at W. First and John St. and charged with no insurance, no inspection sticker, fictitious plates, and revoked driver’s license.
