Ballance, Rose wed
18 July 2007 — Peggy A. Rose of Goldsboro and Jerry L. Ballance of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony on June 13, 2007 at 8 p.m. at Unity Fellowship Church, with Rev. Kelvin Gurley officiating. The bride is the daughter of the late Augusta Wayne Gardner, Jr. of Raeford and Geraldine Burns Gradner of Goldsboro. She is employed as a registered nurse at Wayne Memorial Hospital, and a clinical education nurse consultant for Bard Access Systems, Inc. The groom is the son of Estelle Head and the late Lester G. Ballance of Goldsboro. He is employed at Goldsboro Tire. The reception was given by Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Gipson following the ceremony. The couple resides in the Rosewood community.
