sheriff’s report
1 August 2007 — The Johnston County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents:
Billy Wayne Jackson, 25, of Ehrhardt Way was arrested last Wednesday on several charges. He faced two felony charges, first degree burglary and second degree kidnapping. He was also charged with assault and battery, domestic criminal trespassing, and violating a domestic violence order. He was arrested earlier last week on Tuesday on a domestic violence call.
David Anthony Boykin, 44, of Sims reported injury to real property at the intersection of US Highway 70 west and Donnie Jones, Jr. Blvd. last Monday. He reported that Capital Outdoors had cut a fence and trees that were owned by the state of North Carolina, with an estimated $1,000 worth of damages.
Teresa Carol Wall, 23, of McKenzie Drive was arrested July 20. She was charged with domestic criminal trespassing and simple assault. She was placed under a $500 bond.
Betty Jo Grady, 43, of Fellowship Church Road called to report a possible breaking and entering in progress on July 22. She said she was awakened during the night by the sound of glass breaking. A glass screen door in the home sustained an estimated $100 in damages, and the incident is still under investigation.
Daniel Franklin Kornegay III, 54, of Worley Road reported felony larceny on his farm land on Richardson Bridge Road. An $800 water pump motor and $75 of batteries were reported missing.
Ronald Junior Holloman III, 49, of Hickory Crossroads Road was arrested last Friday for assault with a deadly weapon. He is accused of hitting his son with a shotgun.
