Rosewood opens with win
29 August 2007 — The Rosewood volleyball team opened their season with a four game win at Midway last Tuesday.
After dropping the first game, 22-25, the Lady Eagles won the next three, 25-17, 25-22 and 26-24.
Coach Jennifer Cochran said Taylor Johnson helped lead the Rosewood girls with eight kills, four blocks and an ace. Ashley Williams added seven kills, and Paige Babb provided three aces and 11 assists.
This week Rosewood traveled to Union Tuesday, hosts Midway Wednesday, and hosts Hobbton Thursday.
The Princeton volleyball team traveled to Midway Tuesday afternoon, and hosts Eastern Wayne Thursday at 6 p.m.
