princeton police report
5 September 2007 — The Princeton Police Department reported the following incidents:
Erica Frances Vonmiller, 27, of Luby Smith Road, was arrested on August 27 for driving while impaired and operating a vehicle without insurance. Intoxilyzer tests at the Johnston County Jail indicated a blood alcohol content of .11. Ms. Vonmiller was released on $1,000 secured bond.
Wilma Bailey of Princeton reported larceny at the Handy Mart on August 28. Two unidentified suspects, a black male and white female, stole three boxes of BC powder and two boxes of Goodies powder from the store, an estimated cost of $117.76.
Jeffrey Wayne Edmundson of Pikeville reported larceny at the Food Lion on August 30. When officers arrived, Mr. Edmundson said that James Holt, Jr. had a pack of stolen gum in his pocket. When questioned by officers, Mr. Holt turned over miscellaneous food items and packages of Nitetime Sleep medication and Zantac. He was arrested for larceny and placed under a $500 bond.
A disturbance was reported at the Piggly Wiggly on August 30. Crystal Toler, 18, of Howell Road reported that her cousin had both tried to run her off of the road while she was driving and threatened to harm her. The officer informed both women of their rights, and Ms. Toler chose to file a complaint.
Cedrick Raheem Atkinson, 26, of Selma was cited on Pearl Street on September 1 for fictitious registration plate and failure to carry a driver’s license.
Dantez Manyelle Brant, 28, of Princeton Road was cited on Holt’s Pond Road for expired inspection on September 2.
Javier Meza Gonzales, 22, of Pikeville was pulled on Highway 70 on September 3 when officers observed him driving 30 mph down the highway. Mr. Gonzales was arrested for driving while impaired and no operator’s license. He was also cited for an open container violation. An Intoxilyzer test showed blood alcohol content of .19 and .21. Mr. Gonzales was placed under a $2,000 secured bond.
