Lady Eagles' defense falls to North Johnston
23 January 2008 — The Rosewood girls hung in a tough defensive struggle with North Johnston for three quarters before the Lady Panthers pulled away in the fourth quarter.

The Lady Eagles fell Friday at home, 53-25.
The loss was the only Rosewood game of the week when the scheduled was cleared to allow studying for semester exams.

Rosewood trailed 30-15 going into the final eight minutes when NJ’s offense kicked in.
Hailie Meadows led Rosewood with ten points, while Christina Bruton added six.
Rosewood fell to 0-2 in conference play, and 4-9 in all games.

Rosewood hosted Spring Creek on Tuesday, and travels to North Duplin on Friday. All three teams are searching for their first conference win.
Next Tuesday the Lady Eagles host neighbor Princeton.
