Princeton residents charged with possession

30 January 2008 — David Glenn Phillips of Richardson Bridge Road, Princeton, reported the theft of a box of paperwork from his house on January 17. The theft apparently had occurred at least two weeks earlier.

Deputy Jeremy Creech initiated a traffic stop on Jan. 19 at 2:15 a.m. on U.S. Hwy. 70-A near US 70 for reckless driving and charged Juan Lopez Santos of Pacific Dr., Dudley.

Jeremiah Johnson of Braswell Road, Smithfield, reported a breaking and entry and larceny at his home of a PlayStation, Nintendo, and DVD.

Justin Travis Byrd, 18, of Grabtown Road, Smithfield, reported on Jan. 23 receiving 3 threatening phone calls.

Kimberly Clapp Stanfield, 45, of Brogden School Road, Smithfield was arrested on charges of possession and distribution of precursor chemicals at 310 Brogden Road on Jan. 23. She was held under $140,000 bond.

Joecoby Sammel Inclan, 18, of Emerson Lane, Smithfield was arrested on charges of simple possession of Schedule Vi Cs (M) at Braswell Road, Smithfield on Jan. 24. Bond was set at $500.

Christopher House, 29, Herring Road, Princeton, was charged with possession and distribution of precursor chemical on Jan. 24. Bond was set at $102,500.

Judy Yates of Progressive Church Rd., Princeton reported to deputies on Friday, Jan. 25 that a dog house valued at $49 had been stolen from her home.

Rachel Hundley of Evans Rd., Princeton was arrested on Saturday and charged with Domestic Protective Order violation. No bond was set.
