sheriff's report

20 February 2008 — The following incidents were investigated and arrest reported by Johnston County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Charles Green of Baker’s Chapel Rd., Smithfield, reported that $900 worth of ladders were taken from his construction site at 150 Eli Olive Road. The incident was reported Feb. 16 at 9:21 a.m.

Daniel Little of Brogden Rd., Smithfield, reported that someone tried to obtain property by false pretense on 2/16 at 17:44.

Heather Peedin, 19, of Lazy J Dr., Smithfield was arrested on charges of failure to appear on charges of felony larceny, possession of stolen property, fictitious information to an officer, and resisting a public officer on Feb. 18 at 1:00 a.m. Bond was set at $43,500.
