26 March 2008 — According to North Carolina Highway Patrol reports, Terry Capps, 53, Haven Lane, Princeton, was involved in a deer accident on US 701.4 miles south of Pine Level on March 18 at 5:30 a.m. Damage to his 2003 Chevy was estimated at $1200.
A car owned by Cutberto Mendoza of Holland Rd., Kenly was found in a ditch on RPR 2354 near 1002 on March 17 at 11:18 a.m. The driver fled the scene. The car appeared to have damage from another collision.
