16 April 2008 – According to Johnston County Sheriff’s Department reports, Mary Louise Wiggins Worley, 80, of 919 Baker’s Chapel Rd. in Princeton reported a larceny of a $10 North Carolina license plate on Wednesday, April 9 at 5:11 p.m. The larceny occurred in a parking lot on the premises. Annette Campbell Howell of 73 Oliver Pond Rd., Princeton reported the incident.
Wendy Denise Upchurch, 34, of 605 N. Church St. in Four Oaks reported a fraud of a $1 debit card on Wednesday, April 9 at 4:23 p.m. at 2045 Hockaday Rd. in Four Oaks.
Angel Dejesuse Baregas, 16, of 223 Waber Ct. Smithfield was charged for assault and battery on Wednesday, April 9 at 10:24 a.m. A $500 bond has been set for his release.
Sabrina Jo Strasnicsak, 46, and Michelene King, 39, of 5215 Cleveland Rd. of Smithfield reported a breaking and/or entering and damage to the property on Wednesday, April 9 at 1:27 p.m. Approximately $490 worth of jewelry, including rings, necklaces and two bolo ties were reported stolen. Approximately $350 worth of damage to the rear door was reported.
Dawn Renee Gilbert, 25, of 726 Braswell Rd. in Smithfield was charged with assault with a deadly weapon on Wednesday, April 8 at 10:28 p.m. No bond has been set for her release.
Brent Michael Norris of 130 Ashley Ln. in Smithfield and Jeffrey Allen Moore of 20 Scottsdale Rd. in Asheville reported a breaking and entering and larceny on April 2 at 3:37 p.m.
Approximately $2055 in property was stolen including guns, ammuntion, knives, collectible coins, baseball cards and star wars figures.
Joseph Wayne Hill of 211 Arrowhead Dr. in Princeton, 48, was charged with driving while impaired and driving with a revoked license on April 5 at 12:47 a.m. A $2,000 bond was set for his release.
David Myers of Myers Convenience Mart of US 70 E. reported 15 cartons of cigarettes valued at $498.75 stolen after a break-in at the store that was reported at 3:06 a.m. on Friday March 11. A $250 glass door was damaged.
Timothy Gerrell, 31, of US 70 A E., Princeton,, was arrested on April 13 at 5:21 a.m. and charged with assault on a female. No bond was set.
