Rosewood Middle falls to Mt. Olive

23 April 2008 —

The Rosewood Middle School Eagles fell 12-1 to the Mount Olive Middle School Chargers in Wayne County Middle School baseball Thursday, April 17.

The Chargers posted one run in the first, three in the third and eight in the fourth.

Rosewood scored its lone home run in the third when Dee Mabry singled and advanced home on a sacrifice fly.

Mabry had two singles. Ian Speight and Nathan Huyser contributed one hit each.
