sheriff’s report

7 May 2008 — According to Johnston County Sheriff’s Department reports, Donald Ray Salmon, 58, of Clayton Dr. in Benson reported a breaking and/or entering and larceny on Saturday, May 3 at 7:30 a.m. at the office of Moore’s Storage Buildings at US 70 Highway East in Princeton. A $150 air conditioning unit was stolen and $100 worth of damage was done to a window.

Debra Ann Dixon, 39, of 447 Woodard Dr. in Princeton reported a breaking and/or entering and misdemeanor larceny at her home on Friday, May 2 at 8:45 p.m.

Approximately $655 worth of property was stolen including a toolbox, two lawnmowers, three framed photographs, one color television, one DVD player and a VCR.

Rachel Cherylene Hundley, 24, of Evans Rd. in Princeton reported a breaking and/or larceny at an open land area at Old Rock Quarry Rd. in Princeton. The victim was reported as Donnie Ray Mitchell, 52, of Old Rock Quarry Rd. in Princeton. Items valued at $575 were stolen including one battery operated impact wrench and one impact socket set.

Sherrie Jo Hill, 40, of Dr. Donnie Jones Jr. Blvd. in Princeton reported a larceny after a breaking and entering on Sunday, May 4 at 10 a.m. Approximately $1,121 worth of Dewalt wood working products were stolen including one miter saw, one jigsaw, one air compressor and three nail guns.

Robert Thomas Harper, 47, of US Highway 70 East in Princeton reported a felony larceny and injury to real property of the office building of Century Steps at US Highway 70 East in Princeton on Sunday, May 4 at 8:45 p.m.

Approximately $1,000 worth of damage was done to two utility poles and $3,000 worth of copper wire was stolen.

Christopher Earl Warner, 27, of Old Denning Rd. in Princeton was charged with assault attempt serious injury on April 29 at 3:39 p.m. A bond of $500 has been set for his release.

Hunter Garrison Williams, 16, of US 70 Highway in Princeton was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and resisting a public officer on April 29 at 12:47 p.m.

A bond of $2,500 has been set for his release.

Jon Ivan Warner, 25, of old Denning Rd. in Princeton was charged with simple assault on April 29 at 10: 15 a.m. A $500 bond has been set for his release.

Mary Warner Taylor, 48, of Old Denning Rd. in Princeton was charged with simple assault on April 29 at 10:15 a.m. A bond of $500 has been set for her release.

Dawn Hines Gerrell, 30, of US Highway 70-A in Princeton reported a breaking and/or entering and larceny at her home on April 29 at 8:47 p.m. Approximately $2,354 worth of items were stolen including a variety of jewelry and a Sony Camcorder.

Tony Lynn Bizzell, 47, of Bizzell Grove Church Rd. in Princeton reported a breaking and/or entering and larceny on April 29 at 6:26 a.m.

Approximately $1,025 worth of items were stolen and/or damaged including: one plasma screen television, one door, one cable box and one remote control.

On April 13 at midnight, Dawn Hines Gerrell, 30, and Timothy Scott Gerrell of US Highway 70-A in Princeton reported approximately $2,000 worth of damaged to a 2002 BMW and $500 damage to a 2004 GMC Sierra.

Jimmy Glenwood Jernigan, 39, of North Church Rd. in Pine Level reported a misdemeanor larceny at Richardson Bridge Rd in Princeton April 27 at 1 a.m. A $120 red Razor Motorola was stolen.

Ollice Lee Briley, 55, of Prince Ave. in Goldsboro reported the death of Raymond Edward Edwards, 53, of Walnut St. in Princeton on May 1 at 6:27 a.m. in a parking lot located at US Highway 70 East in Selma.
