Job duties include assessing health problems and needs of person(s) served, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintenance of medical records; administration of nursing care to person(s) served; and advising person(s) served and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention or provision of case management.
One year of nursing experience required, preferably in a residential setting, and some supervisory experience preferred. Must possess a degree from an accredited school of nursing. Must be able to community both verbally and in writing, and be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions. Contracting would be considered.
